Heavenly Nomadic, Koza and Modris has been submitted for Oscars 2016 in the Foreign Language Film category. Congratulations!

Heavenly Nomadic, the first feature by Mirlan Abdykalykov is the Kyrgyz entry for Academy Awards 2016. The film celebrated its World Premiere at Karlovy Vary IFF and is touring around festivals worldwide.

Koza by Ivan Ostrochovský has been recently nominated for European Film Awards and is the Slovak entry for Oscars 2016. The film premiered in Berlinale Forum early this year, has been presented at around 30 festivals and won 11 awards.

Latvian entry for Academy Awards is Modris. Modris is a first feature by Juris Kursietis. The film premiered at Toronto IFF last year, has been presented at festival around the world and won several awards including Best Film and Best Director awards.
